DOREP is a business-to-business business-management (ERP) platform, providing accounting and the general ledger, invoicing and payments, stock, warehouses and purchasing, HR and payroll, client management, visit and route planning, orders, returns, samples, expenses, payments/collections, location sharing during work, reporting and related features. Features may change, improve or be withdrawn over time.
You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; access data you are not authorised to access; submit false location data or attempt to spoof GPS or facial verification; reverse-engineer or resell the Service; upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or use the Service to violate any law.
DOREP uses your device location while you are checked in, and a check-in selfie for face verification, to confirm field activity for your employer. By using these features you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Deliberately falsifying location or identity may lead to suspension.
If your account was created by or for an employer, that employer administers your account, decides what data is collected within their organisation, and may view, edit, suspend or request deletion of it. Disputes about work data should be raised with your employer.
Where DOREP records payments or processes them through a payment provider, those transactions are between the relevant parties (e.g. a client and your employer). We are not a party to those commercial transactions and are not responsible for them, except to provide the software that records them.
Business data you enter belongs to your employer. Montrai Labs retains ownership of the DOREP software, brand and underlying technology. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service.
You may request deletion of your account in the app (More → Account → Delete my account), subject to the employer-managed approval described in the Privacy Policy. We or your employer may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of major changes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Montrai Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the competent courts of Iraq have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; we will update the version and date above and, for material changes, ask you to re-accept in the app.
