Yes. Every new account starts on a free trial with the full system switched on. No card, no commitment — if it is not right for you, do nothing and it simply stops.
Move up whenever you like. Your data stays exactly where it is — the new limits and modules apply from the moment the upgrade is paid.
Nothing is deleted. After a short grace period the account turns read-only: you and your team can still open and export everything, but new entries wait until the subscription is renewed.
